Graingertainment loves West Events! After DJ’ing a wedding at West Events about three weeks ago, it’s easy to understand why so many people love this great venue. The options and creativity of what you can do with their space are endless. To start, it doesn’t get much better than the beautiful sandy shores of Madeira Beach! The fact that West Events/Madeira is less than 1 hr away from the Tampa and Clearwater/St. Pete airport makes it easily accessible for your guests. Also the indoor/outdoor versatility makes this venue perfect for planning a wedding in Florida where you never fully know what the weather is going to do, and having options is a huge advantage.

West had multiple different rooms that you can choose from to create your perfect day! The “Blue Ribbon Room” is a great option to start if considering West Events. The room has capacity for up to 150 guests in a seated dinner style vibe, or up to 200 guests for a standing only, cocktail style. Whatever the size or vision you have for you wedding, this room can do it all.

Next, The West Bar and Terrace is my favorite place for a cocktail hour that the venue has to offer (although there really are so many options.) With room for about 125 guests, this indoor/outdoor bar is the perfect mix of a traditional cocktail style lounge, and then getting to see the beautiful views of sunny Florida, and the huge palm trees while enjoying refreshment.

Lastly, if you’re looking for more of an intimate space, consider the “West Wing” room at the venue for a smaller sized room, perfect for gatherings of 75 or less. The great thing about West Events, is that you can rent all of these great spaces, and create your dream wedding! You will love this open floor plan, industrial feel, exposed brick wall space that is sure to wow your guests and will help create a night of memories that won’t be forgotten.
